Arranged a training course for 14 workers, had pricing in writing, had dates confirmed in writing, less than 48 hours before wanted to increase the price, directors will not speak/communicate only through members of staff, no customer service, email communication very blunt, all the above is in writing which means they cannot deny their behavior! and all can be exposed! best of all they cant be busy as they could fit 14 people in with less than one weeks notice! probably explains it all! Should be a zero star option!
