Mum and I were looked after so considerately and fully supported through the organising of dad's funeral. Adrian was extremely helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The service was beautiful, Kay Manby the celebrant was loved by everyone. It was a wonderful service and dad was taken care of expertly. I would give more stars if I could. I wholeheartedly recommend Relph's. Thank you to everyone.

We did not know which Funeral Directors to use when my mother died recently. We decided to try a local company and approached Relph North Ormesby. We have not regretted our decision. Amanda was our Director and she was faultless from start to finish; along with her team. Amanda contacted me every day to keep me informed of procedures and did not force any decisions. She explained all options but left the decisions to us. She exuded a calmness and treated us with a balance of sympathy and empathy at every stage. The day of the funeral went perfectly and the good weather was a bonus. Afterwards I received many comments as to what a beautiful service it was. Much of this was down to Amanda's organisation and her choosing of an excellent Celebrant. If you are looking for a Funeral Director then Relph are certainly worth a visit. I do not give many things full marks, but on this occasion I have no hesitation in doing so to Amanda and her team.

Would just like to thank funeral Director Jackie Leonard, for all her help in looking after my dad whilst in her care” Jackie went above and beyond and can’t thank her enough for all the help she gave to my family. I was amazed at the professionalism and kindness shown to us, my dads resting room was stunning and beautiful just felt like been at home. The whole service provided made life so much easier. Having tried to organise funerals myself in the past this is by far the best option. Jaki sorted out everything. She was serious when needed and expected and provided sympathy and humour when needed and appropriate. I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you!!
