I had the opportunity of being served by Jennifer she was extremely helpful and answered my million questions. I just wanted to say thank you to her and her lovely colleague that made my experience at the store so great. I will defiantly continue coming to this location for support and future purchases.

Terrible company. 0 stars is that was possible. Literally the WORST company I have ever dealt with. Set up 5 DAYS THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO COME for Internet install and DID NOT SHOW UP FOR EVERY APPOINTMENT THEY MADE. I waited for 5 HOURS EACH DAY WITH NO SHOW - costed me HUGE AMOUNT OF MONEY in lost wages as I had to sit around and wait for them. At the end they then said we had efused service\ at one of the dates meanwhile NOONE EVER CAME OR CALLED ON THE APPOINTMENT DAYS AT ALL. Did I also mention that they called me to confirm said appointments and ask me the same COVID19 questionnaire 2 times per day every day leading up to each appointment? ALSO called when no-one showed up and a lady named MARINA said she was looking into it and would call me back - no call back. (not a surprise at this point because this happened on the third appointment no show when I called to see where the installer was then.) I has to call back and then the new lady said they now had no record of any of the appointments now? THANKS MARINA, you clearly went and deleted all of the appointment records instead of looking into it like you said you would and rebooked an appointment for MARCH NOW? NOPE. NOT GOING THROUGH THIS A SIXTH TIME. They tried blaming a company called The Installation Group the first 2 times but that is BULL - take responsibility for your HORRENDOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE. FIVE NO-SHOWS TO APPOINTMENTS WHERE I WAITED 5 HOURS EACH TIME IS COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE. THAT IS 25 yes, TWENTY FIVE HOURS OF WAGES YOU COST ME WAITING FOR YOU WHEN I COULD HAVE BEEN WORKING. NOT TO MENTION THE INTERRUPTION PHONE CALLS ON REPEAT TO ASK ME THE SAME QUESTIONS 2 TIMES PER DAY FOR WEEKS ON END. I will never use Bell Canada ever. THEY ALSO OWE ME 15 for sending a piece of equipment they sent to my address back that I told them not to send and had to pay return postage on. I have never been so poorly treated by a company in my entire life.
Not much of a choice either Bell or Roger's, flip a coin.
Knowledgeable staff. Store is well organized and spotless. Made my purchase a pleasent experience.
I would never Recommend Bell to anyone very bad service , had there Representatives lie to me many times on the phone regarding plans and contracts ..... Worst company I have ever had to deal with....
