Just came back from a community day out to Weston-Super-Mare where Midland Coach hire provided us 2 coaches. Both drivers were professional and turned up on time. The vehicles were clean and well maintained. Going to save these details for future use.. Fully recommended.

We hired a Minbus to go to a special celebratory event and the service was exceptional. We had impeccable service from our Minibus driver (Neil) who was interested in making conversation, helping us in and out the bus, making toilet stops and it was all done without complaint. Very lovely man with extremely good manners and someone you could have a laugh with. Comfortable seating and relaxing journey.
Brilliant service! I rang on a Wednesday to get a minibus for the Saturday and Neil went above and beyond to fit us in. He arrived early for both pick up and collection. Fantastic service all round. Will definitely be using again.
Outstanding travel firm. Neil took us all the way to Newcastle and brought us back, as well as ferried us around Newcastle. I would highly recommended this company to anyone.
