A company with soul and compassion, once they found out that my steam heat boiler went dead and I have a 3 year old living in my house, it took them literarily a few hours to get a new boiler, line up a large crew of the best professionals and finished the job. They priced the contract so fairly and not for a second took advantage of the situation, great company, office staff, specialists and field crew, simply are the best. The team at Great White is the best. I recently had my furnace replaced by Great White. I was in a big jam the furnace broke and the temperature was dipping below freezing for several days. I called Great White and they immediately sent out a technician that night to assess the heating system, I needed a new furnace. I received a fair quote that night and was scheduled for next day installation. The Great White team was at my home the next morning and by noon the furnace was installed and running, heating my home on a well below freezing day keeping my wife and kids warm on the coldest days so far this year 2020. The team was professional, courteous, neat, clean and abided by all COVID protocols. It was like they were never there except for the new furnace and warm comfortable home for my family. Mike was here and was so helpful. He changed my 30 year plus thermostat to a new one. Then showed us how to use it. I was so glad I called them. Any boiler work. I will be calling them. Very happy with there service! Thank you!
This company is not your average 1 man heating company. They have an actual infrastructure to accomodate all of your heating/AC needs. I look forward to working with them in the future.
