I only wish we could give O stars. We ordered a dumpster for our job site and didn’t receive it for almost a week after the day they said it would be delivered. Fast forward 3 1/2 weeks later on 10/5/2019 we called West Texas Dumpster for a pick up and drop off of another dumpster as the one we had was full. We were told they would bring us one Monday....here we are on Wednesday with trash flying everywhere because they STILL have not brought the dumpster. We have called everyday and their response everyday is “ We will bring it tomorrow “ . I can assure you our company will NEVER use them again Nor will anyone else we know. They have TERRIBLE business ethics and customer service.
