Very good college.Hospital and college premises are well developed and maintained properly and routine wise.Professors are very helping and guide students in a very adorable way.But,increasing of students numbers are creating some problems as infrastructure are not so good to maintain such a huge no of students....
Three stars because the doctors are very dedicated and hardworking. The infrastructure is dilapidated and the premises are not even properly cleaned let alone sanitised. Wards are dark gloomy over crowded rooms. The mosquitoes are a real menace here apart from the surprising number of stray cats and dogs inside the premises. The only clean place is the ICU which is decent because it has been provided with some of the life saving equipments the doctors need to save lives
Midnapore Medical College and Hospital is a full-fledged tertiary referral Government Medical college. It was established in the year 2004. The college imparts the degree Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery (MBBS) as well as specialised and post-doctoral degrees. Nursing and para-medical courses are also offered. The college is affiliated to West Bengal University of Health Sciences and is recognised by Medical Council of India. The hospital associated with the college is one of the largest hospitals in the midnapore district. The selection to the college is done on the basis of merit through National Eligibility and Entrance Test. Yearly undergraduate student intake is 200 from the year 2019.

If you have some minor case then only you can check in otherwise you should not visit this place . As because I lost my grand mother from here .She was just having a stomach ache and she was treated by the junior doctors and they converted the ache into a wound and she gradually died. And the hospital is not hygiene also
