Midtown Sam Houston is one of the best apartments in Huntsville! ALL staff members are always kind, welcoming, and ready to go the extra mile to make sure you are happy. The units are super spacious, and the closet area is huge! However, the best feature is the family-like community that the Midtown staff and residents form together. Love that I get to call this AMAZING place home! Also, Paulina is awesome :)

Midtown is one of the best places to stay in Huntsville hands down. The staff here has been so helpful and the amenities have made living here feel like home. My family came to tour the property and Kachi in the office did an amazing job. I am truly impressed by the management here as I have had terrible management experiences in the past at other apartments in Huntsville. I will definitely be recommending Midtown to others.

Midtown Sam Houston has been home for a year and a half and its been great! Rent prices are definitely the best around Huntsville, the apartments and rooms are spacious. The front desk staff are very helpful and polite, especially Kachi. I was locked out of my apartment, and he was able to answer the on call phone and help me. The only con I would have to say about this apartment would be the towing for visitors. The best option would be to get your parking pass early. Midtown is a great place to live!

I love staying at midtown!! The environment is always great ! The employees are always super helpful and pleasant .. I’ve never had a bad experience with anyone. Also maintenance is always quick and efficient. 10/10.
