I called Tech Support for an issue I was experiencing with my EXP-800 tester. The rep that I spoke with was very knowledgeable about the tool and walked through some troubleshooting scenarios. Unfortunately we concluded that the unit would have to be sent in for service. An RMA number was issued to me immediately, Customer Service walked me through the process and I shipped the unit next day air on a Tuesday. The unit arrived back to me looking and operating as if it were brand new Thursday (48 hours later)! The entire Customer Support and Service experience at Midtronics was second to none. Thanks for the great work!

Midtronics stepped up and did the right thing. I will continue to use their products that I have always enjoyed using. I will continue to be optimistic that I will receive adequate service when needed.

This might be a good Company to work for, but unfortunately unprofessional people like Frank Lucio and Matt Tripp make this Company look bad. They lack the decency to answer a simple e-mail or to follow up on their word.
