Great selection and had the blower motor I needed in stock. However, do not waste your money paying for their over night shipping. I placed my order after hours on Wednesday 1-24-18; two full business days later, 1-26-17, I did not receive my part. I should have saved my money and selected standard shipping. It's cold here fellas, put the thing in the mail Carter from Comfort Gurus responded to my review. Although I appreciate his reassurrance and the offer to refund my shipping costs, I would prefer the product I ordered show up. Today is 1-30-18 and I am still waiting.... The blower motor arrived today on 1-31-2018 and Carter refunded my shipping cost as promised. I will be a repeat customer of Comfort Gurus. The blower motor was exactly what I ordered and fit perfectly. I am FINALLY warm again.

This is a good company to order hvac parts from. They have great customer service and they are available to talk to unlike other online companies that are only open 8-5. I ordered a condenser unit fan blade from them that was identical to the original and it works perfect. They shipped out the part fast. I highly recommend ordering parts from this company.
So pleased with our experience with buying our HVAC ECM/blower motor from Comfort Gurus. It was exactly what we needed and was ordered at 11 am one day and arrived the following morning at 10:30 am via overnight FedEx shipping. This was the best price to be found even with the extra cost for shipping, well worth it to have ac fixed again. Doreen was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely order from them again in the future. Thank you Comfort Gurus, You're just what I hoped for!
They canceled my order for a blower fan due to long lead time. (Their website said it was in stock). Here is their message: "This message is an update on the status of your order. We regret to inform you that there is a longer than normal lead time before this order can ship due to a backorder with the manufacturer that we've just been made aware of. These are now due to be in stock between 7-14 business days (October 3rd - October 15th). Unfortunately, while under normal circumstances we would place your order on hold, due to site maintenance we're unable to keep your order on hold. We have cancelled your order and refunded you in full. We apologize for the inconvenience." I asked them about 1 week later if they could rebook the order and this is the reply: "I do apologize, we are not able to replace the order at this time. Our site is down due to our tech team rebuilding our site. We expect to be up and running in 2019." I would hesitate to order anything from them due to their system being down until 2019.
Needed a heater shipped to Hawaii via UPS. Needed the heater quickly for a mother-in-law apartment for my friends mother that is on hospice and the apartment gets cold in the mornings. Explained all of this to Sierra in customer service, four days later I've heard nothing, and apparently she couldn't be bothered to keep me up to date on what was happening. Very poor service.
Had a sub par experience after clarifying the stock on the item I needed I requested that they be shipped from and alternate location closer to the destination. However they never communicated the request and the order was literally shipped from the furthest away warehouse. Talk about Efficiency
I saw online the blower motor I needed was in stock. I live in the same county as their warehouse was in, so I called to see if they could let me pick it up. They said no problem. The price was the same as it was online, and they emailed me all the info. I'll use them any time I have an issue with my furnace or ac.
