The whole team here has been phenomenal to us with all our landscape equipment in our business. They are without a question one of the best mower shops in the valley. Now matter how big or small of an issue with our equipment they have helped us out!

Just bought a lawnmower from them. It was quick and easy. Bought parts and sevice in the past and no complants.
I cannot say enough good things about the team who work here. I needed parts and guidance on fixing my Ariens snowblower. They went the extra mile to help me. Thank you to Melissa, Bryce and Quinn. This is now my go-to place for lawn and garden equipment, parts and repairs. I would recommend them to anyone.
Not my favorite repair experience :-/ My lawnmower, about 2 years old, wouldn't start. I tried to troubleshoot the issue the best I could, looked up the manual, asked a neighbor for help, etc. We couldn't get it to start, so I brought it in. The lead time for repairs was a bit shy of 2 weeks at the time. Two weeks later I call to ask about the status. They tell me it's ready (always kind of disappointing when you have to call instead of being notified) and that nothing was wrong with it (?). It starts fine. I pay 15 for the assessment and sharpening the blades, and a man who worked there attempted to teach me how to start my lawnmower :-( Y'all, I've owned the thing, and mowed actual grass with it, for 2 years. I'm entirely willing to admit user error, especially when it comes to lawnmowers....but I know how to start it. Some constructive feedback -- a better experience would have been to first ask me if I'm familiar with how the mower starts, THEN when I reassure you that yes, I am, think of some other things could have caused the issue. Did a part perhaps come out of place but perhaps resolve itself while we were lifting the mower? Is my charger at home possibly failing? Did a wire lose its connection somewhere but regain it once a bit of schmutz fell off? I left the store feeling like the people there thought I was some dumb lady who can't do things :-( Not eager to repeat.
Had troubles with my Echo chainsaw and they fixed it in literally 2 minutes and taught me how to not make same mistakes. Great outfit. Tall young guy w long hair was especially helpful.
Very clean atmosphere and friendly staff
This is a local lawn mower and snowblower shop.great customer service and low-key sales. Better service and equipment preparation than you will find at the big box stores.
Just paid an arm and a leg for a 100 hour service on my gravely. But When you have people like Quinn and crew helping you with every stupid question you can throw at them, that’s service that’s hard to find. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
