Went to this location to do a walkthrough with my brother and his girlfriend! It’s a beautiful, centralized location! We were greeted by the property manager Kayla, she was very open about the rent, fees etc. She listened to their wants and needs. She was very caring! The property is beautiful, well kept! The inside of the townhouse that we were shown was beautiful, spacious and is a very updated house! My brother and girlfriend did end up signing a lease and have moved it. I would recommend this property.

Can't even check availability with management, already few days trying to reach them by emails and calls, just voicemail, absolutely impossible to reach them if you're out of state. Wondering if there's anyone in office at all. Couldn't say anything about building.
My family was new the the area and so lost on where to start looking for a nice and safe place to live. Kayla worked with me to find the best fit for my family! She was very professional and very responsive to all my questions! The best part is how quiet the location is even being next to the tracts! You're in good hands with Kayla! My wife and I and 2 kids lived here from April 2019 - Oct 2020. Overall it was a pleasant experience and I would recommend. Pros 1. Great location central to the salt lake valley. Trax is a few hundred feet away. A few decent restaurants, a great barber, and the city park are all within walking distance 2. Built in 2019 so new construction feel. I didn't have any maintenance issues. 3. Felt safe 4. Attached 2 car garage 5. Sound barrier between units. Never heard neighbors on either side. Cons 1. Felt like it was expensive. We were paying 1650 before utilities for a 2 bed 2.5 bath with 1300 sq ft. Not sure what is avg for the area. 2. Sometimes we could hear traffic from bedrooms. We used noise machines. 3. A few packages were stolen 4. On garbage day, it was difficult to maneuver my F150 out of garage and thru alley.
My property manger Kayla is amazing! The townhomes are amazing and located around so many different stores and businesses. We haven’t been here long and we already wanna stay longer!
Highly recommend working with the property manager Kayla. She’s amazing and answered all my questions. My townhouse is perfect and I love living here!
I went to an open house and worked with the property manager Kayla. I’ve never dealt with a better property manager. She was very professional and addressed all my questions. I unfortunately had to pull my application due to a new job offering. Whoever moves in or lives there is dealing with an A property manager in Kayla.
