I absolutely dread dealing with NAPA. But sometimes the other guys are out of the part and I have to go to NAPA to get it. I have went to several locations and all of them are horrible to deal with. I recently bought a new car and had two cases of motor oil that wasn't the right weight for my new truck and they wouldn't swap out the oil because I didn't have my receipt. Who keeps their receipt for oil? What a joke! I wasn't trying to get my money back for it so it wasn't a loss to them...I only wanted to swap my new unused oil of a different weight with a new weight of oil for my truck. I will never shop at NAPA for their return policy. What do I do with two cases of oil which I can't use?

The gentleman that helped me was very cordial and interested in my needs. The staff were generally very nice otherwise as well.
I use NAPA because I care about the parts I put in my car. NAPA uses parts that are just better than the other parts stores.
This isnt a complaint about this store particularly (because it is company policy), but I bought a battery here and they won't even install it. Makes no sense. The hassle of finding someone to install it wasn't worth the money I may have saved. Will never buy a battery from Napa ever again. How ridiculous.

Returned a battery under warranty and employee incorrectly punched the date on the new battery I purchased pro rata. When I returned to have the mistake fixed all employees were defensive, I had to ask them to print the warranty agreement, then show them in the warranty how the battery was to be dated with the current purchase date. Employees obliged, but were very disgruntled.
Had exactly what I needed.
Its close and the have what I need when they're open.
