I order a one day print on canvas. I called at 5:40pm yo get an update and then I am told they dont have someone who can do canvas print but they didnt have the decency to call me earlier to say they cannot do it. The guy refused to transfer me to the manager and was not willing to help me at all. I HAD TO CALL ANOTHER STORE TO SEE IF THE COULD DO MY ONE DAY ORDER. I cannot believe how horrible their customer service is. They hadn't even updated me, I only found out because I called. All they had to do was tell me earlier they couldn't do it! That's it! No drama. Nothing. Instead I'm surprised that I'm not getting my order.

I needed 1/8" trimmed from some name tags we had printed. 2500 pieces. We took them to Office Max to do the job. Just went to pick them up. They handed them to me in a sealed box. When we got back to the office we found that the trim was off by 1/16th of an inch and not square on nearly all of the 2500 pieces. We are going to have to reprint. BUT, the best part, they put a Quality Control sticker on top of the job with a signature you can't read telling me that this met their standards of quality. We were in a hurry...took them to Office Max instead of our regular stop at the Fedex store. Never again. Sloppy work...but it is good to know that it met YOUR standard of quality.

VERY unprofessional work. DO NOT print with these people. They messed up my order and wanted to charge me around 150 for something that cost 10 just to do it again. I will never come back here. Update: I am talking to the manager and we are working to resolve this issue. I will update once they get back to me. Update: March 16, finally got them back! This time with the correct size. 47

I came here to print a poster for a project and was helped by Rojha and Kelsey (his manager). Originally the print was going to be 40 but they allowed me to edit the file in the store to reduce the amount of ink the print would use and I ended up saving a bunch of money. They were super helpful and I’d highly recommend using their services if you need to print

I bought a surge protector today and the price on the rack was 11.99 however when I got up to the counter it rang up as 18.49 and when I mentioned it to the clerk he said oh that could be an old price tag on the rack and was very unconcerned about the price difference. I guess OfficeMax better do a better job of keeping their prices current on the sale tag on the rack. Very disappointed.
