Recently purchased a vehicle from here. I contacted them directly via email after being pre-qualified for a loan and wanted a specific vehicle they had in stock. Jeanne reached out to me extremely quickly to follow up and answer any questions I had. Once I arrived to test drive it, not only was I greeted by friendly and pleasant people, I was met with zero sales pressure and just an overall relaxed attitude by everyone there...which is pretty rare for car sales IMO. After test driving and confirming I absolutely loved the car, Jeanne went to bat for me and found me an even better financing option than the one I had brought to her, she bent over backwards to find me the best deal and really genuinely cared about making sure I was set long term with my purchase. She was very personable and friendly, and just fun to talk to which made the whole experience even better. I have bought more cars than I care to admit, but this was probably my most favorite sales experience out of all of them.

When we purchased our propane fueled van I had asked the salesman how easy it was to find a place to refuel, he stated it was like filling up natural gas. We are scared to take our van on a trip because of how hard it is to find a place that fills propane vehicles. They had included a stereo with our vehicle and they installed it. Today for the first time I attempted to plug in the USB and the entire stereo slide back behind the dashboard. I now have to take apart the dashboard and reinstall the stereo. Updated to one star, because I had the pleasure today of discovering that the cheap new tires they installed on our vehicle like to go flat. But the kicker was when I went to replace the flat and discovered that there was no spare. Lucky I wasn't stuck on in the middle of no where with my kids in the van when I discovered this. In short it's obvious that Peterson Auto doesn't care about repeat customers. They just want to sale you and be done.

Best experience ever!!! I found the perfect car for my needs at a great price! Jason is very honest, and trustworthy, and he even gave me a better price than what originally discussed! I will recommend this place to everyone, and will always do business with them! Thank you again!!!

They took the stress out of car buying. They were laid back, yet helpful. My first dealership experience and I truly enjoyed it. I'm so happy with my purchase!

I recently bought a used car from Petersen auto back in August. I wanted to own the car for a few months before I left a review because I think the car itself is just as important in the reviewing the dealership as the team themselves. First and foremost, the whole team at Petersen is great. Mike was very gracious and knowledgeable and made my car buying experience super easy and turn-key. They were very personable and were willing to help out in anyway possible. Overall, their team and staff was so great and I don’t have a single bad thing to say about them. I would give them a 10/5 if I could. The 3 stars on my review comes from my car itself. As important as it is to have a good car buying experience, overall, the car itself is why you’re there and that’s why you’re spending money so you want to make sure that it’s a good car. I bought a 2014 Audi A5. I had the chance to drive it once or twice before buying and it had a fairly clean car fax. I bought it with about 48,500 miles on it. With less than 5,000 miles I’ve put on it since August, I’ve almost put in 4,000 on repairs which is extremely disappointing. You shouldn’t have to put in that many repairs with only owning a car a few months - even for a used car from a used car dealership. In only 2 weeks of owning it, the alternator went out which was 1,400. I actually had mentioned the starter had been having issues and called Petersen but never received a call back after finding out it was the alternator. The water pump and coolant reservoir had to be replaced, another 1,500. Breaks had to be replaced - another 600. There’s been a few other things as well. It’s been one thing after the next and quite frankly i get anxious when i drive it because I’m afraid it will have more problems. So overall, my experience was super easy and great at Petersen but I can’t say the same about the quality of cars they sell. Maybe I just have bad luck and got a lemon but in full honesty I haven’t been super happy with my buy.

I have purchased 2 vehicles from Peterson Auto Sales. The last one I purchased a few months ago. The employees of Peterson stand behind their vehicles and I trust them. I drove from the Fort Collins, Colorado area to Midvale to buy a car from them! Great people!! Honest and moral!! Thanks Monty and everyone else!!

They don’t actually have the green van listed on all the websites they post to. It’s a honey pot, then they try to sell you something rusty for more than it’s worth.
