Me and my fiance have lived here for the past year and we loved it. Everyone is very friendly, grounds are very well kept. Maintenance and office staff are very nice. Audreyana has helped us several times for any issues since we have lived here and she is awesome! I would definitely recommend this complex to anyone we know. Thank you for being great while we lived on the property!

I would like to give Royal Ridge Apartments 5 stars and a SHOUT OUT to there maintenance team! The two guys that helped fixed my heat are absolutely wonderful. Thank you thank you, thank you! :)
Let me start with the mold here is terrible in most apartments including my friends, and we've lived here for 2 years and has got any better, there's also a problem with floods due to there sprinklers always flooding the walk ways and soaking your shoes completely. Cigarette butts everywhere u walk not to mention if u walk of the side walk and just happen to step on the grass for a second and you'll happen to step in dog poop. It's really shady here at times and almost seems like a junk yard cause we always have these random cars or campers next to the playground and people sleeping inside. Numerous times I've been asked for money playing with my kids at the park. This place wouldn't be so bad if they would get the animal poop under control and enforce people to pick it up, and clean up the parking lot of all the shady people, I hate to leave this review but something needs to be done and fix the sprinklers please.
We have lived here for 3 years and love it! The price isn't bad for the area and amenities, plus the property is WAY better overall compared to the last complex we lived at. The office and maintenance staff are friendly and willing to help with anything! There have been a few minor issues while they were in the process of hiring new office staff, but they were quickly taken care of by the office and property manager Derrick. Besides that, we haven't had any other issues here. We love that we get to call this complex our home while we save up for a house.
I have lived at this complex going on 6 yrs. They have always gone out of their way to make you feel at home and comfortable. Love all the amenities that is offered. The dog park and paw spa are by far the best amenity. Enjoy the walk ways through the complex and makes for a great walk daily. The office staff is great to work with , Derek, Audrey and Ken are always accommodating and friendly. Thank you for making my stay here warm, welcomed and comfortable.
I've been at Royal Ridge for two years now. I have a "gold unit" on the 3rd floor with vaulted ceilings and a beautiful fireplace, all stainless appliances. I've made lots of great friends here and I truly appreciate the staff here. Audrey, Derek and Ken have been especially great. They have a pet spa (free) for your doggies which is awesome after a long weekend camping with a dog. Summer days we are at the pool everyday! Great shopping and restaurants just around the corner so if you like to walk it's a great spot to rent.
Enjoy living here! Clean up to date living arrangements. Office and maintenance staff are readily available for any issues that arise. Best pool in the valley!! Always clean and the temperature is always perfect for all ages. Tennis, basketball courts with dog park and dog grooming facilities. Grounds are maintained regularly with beautiful landscaping , grass and mature trees.
