Me and my friend where looking every where for a place that had it all. We call springs of country and talk to Alex she was amazing we came donn did all the paperwork for everything and was approved super fast. Alex's energy is so amazing you can count on her to get things taken care of right way. Everyone in the office is amazing you ever have any question they are there to help the best way they can. I just want to leave this review because Alex and the other lady's at the office are so amazing if your looking for a great place to live I would recommend coming in to the office and talking to these lady's! We are more then happy with our decision!

I was moving in less than two weeks. Alex, in the leasing office, shot a video and took photos of the unit I was interested in. Broke down all the costs and fees and then assisted in my getting everything set up for my arrival. I couldn’t have asked for a smoother transaction. Everyone in the office has been kind and quick to answer questions. The property is mostly clean (only negative is that pet parents of large dogs seldom pick up the feces.). This property sits so close to the mountains it feels as if you could touch them. I recommend the team and the property. Now, if only tenants would pick up after their dogs.

We move have in our unit for 2 months now. We had some issues the first month. But folks at the office have work with us and gotten them resolve everything. I love the space. And our view is amazing staring into the sunrise every morning. Neighbors nice and pretty quite. Amenities are great. Only down side is that they are only open during office hrs. Other then that I highly recommend this community.

First the positives. The location is excellent. There is a lot of shopping nearby, and it’s very close to 215. Another positive is there are nice views of the mountains if you’re in the right place, and parts of the grounds are attractive, where there are fountains, for example. On the negative side, there is the management. It’s a very large complex, which might have something to do with the problem, but they’re very disorganized and not very professional, to put it charitably. I’ll give a couple of examples. When I first got there, they gave me a parking space that belonged to someone else, who left a nasty note on my car. If you gave them an apartment number, they could tell you the parking spot corresponding to that apartment, but they had no idea who belonged to a parking spot, they would have to go through the apartments one by one to try to figure that out. Another example is they have a package system where they put packages in a slot that can very, and you get an email or text telling you when you’ve gotten a package and which slot it’s in. This system was great when it worked, but when it had a glitch, they put all the packages in boxes in a room, and you had no idea if you got a package or not. You’d have to know you were expecting a package, and they would send you up stairs to search through the boxes, of which there were many, to try to find your package. There were large dogs not in leashes which was scary. There was dog feces everywhere. Pigeons are a huge problem. They set up nests in your balconies or on ledges, and there’s pigeon poop everywhere, in the halls, and stairways. It was a very unpleasant experience. Two stars in generous.

Apartment complex doesn’t care about residence, multiple cars have gotten stolen from the apartments, and the management don’t care. My boyfriend had 2 vehicles stolen one was taken in broad daylight. Wouldn’t be surprised if maintenance are in on the thefts. Do not rent here. Not worth it

I have debated between a few apartments here. Moving away from my friends and family is super scary. And living somewhere that I feel comfortable and at HOME is all I look for. The first benefit is PARKING. This place has your own covered spot, but LOTS of others for guests. It's SO AWESOME. I really wanted a top floor, I am a little scared of having a basement apartment and Alex was SO willing to get me a top floor just like that. She walked me thru the process, she sent me pictures, she followed up with me, she did an AMAZING job. If it wasn't for Alex, I would have went for a cheaper option. But seriously she was the friend I needed. I work from home, I don't have the opportunity to get out very much and meet new people. I LOVE it here!!!!!! Seriously- it's a little pricey, but COMMUNICATE with them, they will help you where they can. I promise!

I just moved to Utah from California and I am so happy that I found this complex. It’s in a terrific location right by the base of the mountains and there is plenty of local stores and shops nearby. What really got me set on moving in was how nice and welcome the front office staff was. Gabrielle was so helpful in showing a unit and explaining everything I needed to move in. She is a wonderful person who goes out of her way to make sure all tenants feel at home when they move in. If it wasn’t for her I probably would not have taken the unit I am in now. Thanks to her I feel at home once again in my new state. I would highly recommend anyone looking to move that they check out this complex and have Gabrielle show them just what they are missing!
