Pros: Doctor Townsend was nice, made sure to cover all the bases, and gave me lots of options in my care. He was happy to comply with my insurance company’s requests. They tried to make me extra comfortable since I had to wait longer than usual, even offered me drinks and snacks. Cons: The doctor was running 45 minutes behind schedule, the nurse couldn’t pronounce the name of the allergy I had (dextromethorphan), which seemed unprofessional to me and made me question her competence honestly, and the room I was in looked like there had been some sort of accident with a poor clean-up crew. I’m not sure I want to continue coming here just because of the condition of the room.

This is the worst clinic in the entire state of Utah. I tried to give this clinic a chance for three years between myself, my spouse and our children. The doctors and staff here have no empathy towards patients. More than one doctor here has dismissed real pain and issues as needing to do more stretches. More than one doctor has told us that we are not feeling pain. One doctor or staff member will tell you one thing and then you get told another. None of the doctors or staff seem to communicate or know about their policies. None of the doctors seem to genuinely care about their patients. My spouse was turned away for Mental Health care and all they could say was "Sorry." This place likes to place labels based off of your appearance. This place is nothing but frustration, headaches, and games. I would never recommend anyone to go here.
I get amazing orthodontic care here with Dr. Denny. I’ve had to come to The Urgent Care at this facility before as well, and had a great experience. Thank you, doctors and staff, for a fantastic service always.

This is kind of a frustrating place. It feels more like visiting a depressing DMV than the doctor's office.
Everyone was competent and professional. The techs are sensitive to your needs and kind. I highly recommend!
Security guard asked me to put a mask on my 13 month old baby. When I said he's too little he's under two he raised his eyebrows and asked again for me to mask my baby. Please educate those enforcing policies so I don't have to defend a CDC policy which is "cloth face coverings should not be placed on young children under age 2".
I totally agree with the previous review that people who work at this place have no heart. They don't care about patients, all they care about business. If I'm not mistaking it is the Medical facility that suppose to help people when they ask for help,. Instead they tell us what rules and policies they have.
