Bought a new item from them, a mag battery that slides behind my phone. Even when I fully charge the thing and leave it alone it depletes fast. It’s not a great product.

Hours posted on Google maps indicate that this corporate office is open on Saturday. I walked more than two miles to get here today, only to find a locked door with no indication of any hours at all. The window tint is dark enough that I couldn't see in. I called customer service and they notified me that the corporate office is closed. Thanks for the waste of time Zagg, very helpful. Fix your info please.

Their line up of glass screen protectors don't offer any more protection that the cheap ones you can buy for under in eBay. They all crack to any light pressure to the edge of the protector. If you buy their screen protectors be prepare to pay 7 to 10usd for any future replacements. You'll be questioning why pay them 5 for shipping and another 3/5usd for another cheap rebranded protector that you could order for 5 in eBay.....
Run away. Run far away. This company used to be on the cutting edge but they truly are not keeping up with the times. Worst customer service I've ever had. Even beyond Comcast. I had a problem with my screen protector. I called and they wanted me to send it back. Sent it back. Received a new one. Had more issues. Asked for help and it turns out since I'm using a competitors phone case the screen protector will not work. Asked for a refund. They said send it back. I sent it back that day and it took them awhile to get it (not sure why I'd assume it's near Christmas). Just got an email since it's outside their 30 days they're going to try and give me in store credit. I'm done with this company and you should to. Play less and get more with tons of other companies.
Bought wife a new Apple Watch and dished out 15 for Zagg screen protector. Complete junk. Scratch during application. They offer a free replacement for 8 shipping. What a joke! Don’t buy.
I have been trying to get a screen replacement for over a year and it always says out of stock what good is it to offer a replacement warranty when you actually don’t stand behind it. Don’t buy this product it cracked the first week and had to buy another (different brand) to replace!
Perhaps the most powerfully frustrating customer service/sales prevention department I have ever dealt with. Black hole of on hold, no chat available, no email option available. Tried to warranty a screen protector and it never shipped after charging my CC 7.99 for shipping of a paper thin package that could have gone USPS for 1. You can find another screen protector company that cares about it's customers after the sale, as it is crystal clear that ZAGG does not.
