JJ Auto Sales has been with Zions Bank for many years, they make me feel like I am at home. I am very happy and pleased with the service I receive at this specific branch. The staff is always happy and very attentive, even though they are short staffed and very busy they manage to take care of my needs.

I dont understand why there are so many negative reviews for this branch. Most of the time when it takes time to take care of an issue it's because the member made a mistake, not the bank. This bank is great.Because i'm smart, I have everything I need when I go to the bank and dont get mad when the teller asks for something because I have it with me. Be ready to spend time when it comes to clearing up your money issues. The bank employees do what's necessary to get the issue resolved. Stop expecting immediate gratification. You're dealing with humans, not computers. It takes a few minutes.

Slowest service EVER! Went in on a Wednesday afternoon at 3:00pm and I was in here over 20 minutes, simply to cash a check. I’m an America’s First Credit Union customer and this was a reminder why. America’s First Credit Union is the best, Zion’s is the WORST!
