My family has been purchasing from this dealership for years, but recently we had a bad experience that is still ongoing. I live in NorCal and purchased an Acura RDX in November working with one of the salesman. There was a small fix needed that he assured to just bring it back and they'll take care of it in their sugary salesman talk. No problem since I had experience with them before and so we finalized the purchase and I took the car home. Over the next month, me and my family had to keep bringing the car in to resolve the 1 fix. It's not that they turned us away, but it was that the salesman kept brushing us off in phone calls, didn't provide updates, kept sending us around 1 step at a time to find solutions for the fix when he should have been doing it himself, not being proactive and prioritizing the fix. It was like after we signed the papers he was a totally different person. Over that month I probably made 10 phone calls to the sales man and he made ZERO to me vs. during the time before I made the purchase he was calling me all the time. I put more weight into someone's behavior AFTER you've made the purchase, not before, that's how you really see their true character. I ended up having to go into the dealership every day over Christmas trying to get this resolved. I finally had to get one of the managers involved and am finally making some progress now and it is being done in a professional manner. It'll still be a few more weeks before the part is purchased and fixed. For the salesman, I'll give it 1 star, but I added to 2 stars for management stepping in and I'll see how things play out I might go to 3 stars if things get resolved. To be fair, I will say that I've purchased 4-5 cars here over the past 10 years and their prices and inventory are indeed good. So just needs to improve on their customer service I guess, you get what you pay for.
