The ladies in the recieving office & the guys on the dock are very nice & move quickly. I was unloaded in about 45min the 1st time I was here. On my 2nd trip delivering here I arrived at 11 for a noon appointment & wasnt unloaded til 1630. Very disappointed considering my 1st experience here. I suppose its hit or miss.

Good morning America truckers, I read reviews before I arrive at receiving department and shipping departments. Some of thee reviews are are true, this receiver has very good reason for their good reviews. These people here are wonderful people in thee office and on their receiving doc's. Drivers be nice to them you will leave out of here before your appointment. Empty trailer and headed to Iowa for to reload. Happy Labor Day to all. God bless you all.

The place is easy too get in and out of. It's always a nice temperature in there. You have to stage just down the street whether you are loading or unloading. The only thing I don't like about the place is that a lot of it is covered in mud. You get it in your truck, on your clothes and it's slick to walk on. Having said that, it is a mine after all but mud is still mud regardless. Over all, it's not a bad place to deliver our pick up from.

Very fast loading. You can do your break in the stagging area. If it weren't so wet n slushy in the cave, it would be even better. Clean rest room in the cave.
