Great place for having your hearing checked. Everyone one there is very nice. They answer all your concerns. Casey is an excellent receptionist. Steve really helped ease my concerns. I would recommend this place to everyone.

If you are working with insurance and the expectation is that insurance is to pay-do not sign anything -we had to pay full amount-up front before they would order)insurance states it pays 100% of a pair with no payment upfront. 6 months later still trying to get them to reimburse us. Unfortunately this is the reason for a 1 ️. Also have had to go back numerous times as they continue to not work. Go someplace else for better customer service.

the great customer service and professionalism of charlie and the team was a pleasure doing business with. not bad pricing and excellent care after you buy your hearing devices. just wished there was a way to attach them to your glasses. im going to try velcro. thanks goes out to the great team at midwest so kind and caring.keep up the excellent work. i also like the fact that they are rechargable and never to buy batteries.
