What an amazing experience working with Midwest Restoration! We had a valve break in our house & we had massive water damage - we were in a hotel for 2 months, that was the extent it was unlivable. But Brad to the rescue - along with Ryan who did an amazing job on everything he did. Brad made the process so easy for us. As we were struggling with our family being displaced, he handled everything from start to finish. He worked with our insurance company. In fact, we didn’t even have to deal with insurance he did it all. This company was fast, efficient, informative, Harding working & delivered on every promise every step of the way. I don’t wish such a disaster on anyone but if you do - there is no better contractor out there. We would use them every and anytime! Thank you Midwest Restoration Team, Sincerely, A very pleased client

I had a flood in my home that required all flooring to be removed and replaced. I worked with Midwest Restoration and they helped get my insurance to cover the replacement. The removal and replacement was FLAWLESS! The team not only did a perfect job but they cleaned up everything in my home prior to me moving back in. My home was spotless and the job was excellent. This group is friendly, knowledgeable and honest! They helped me through each step of the process. I am extremely pleased and cannot thank them enough. I would recommend this team to anyone who needs any type of restoration in their home.

Only gave 1 star based on conflicting recommendations provided by Jimmy of Midwest restoration to us during his attic insulation inspection and to our insurance. Allstate contacted Midwest as supposedly a \ 3rd party\ inspection for our insurance claim due to also issues with initial insurance adjusters to inspect our attic insulation. However, verbal recommendations stated to us after his visit were not the same on his paper recommendations/estimates to our insurance company. We felt he was not working as a 3rd party based on his estimates rather instead worked for the insurance as a \3rd party\.

They responded within an hour on two separate water losses I had. They worked quickly to confirm my house properly dried. Their friendly workers explained what was being done and why. I am planning to use them for restoration and will write another review then. I cannot say enough about the great service I received so far!!!

The work done by this company was good. Unfortunately, they lost/ discarded rugs/towels they took back to their warehouse to clean And, 1 of their employees also, broke a statue,and tried to hide it by moving it to a different room. The company has admitted to the loss,but, have failed to settle. Now in the hands of insurance company. This is not a company I would ever use again...
