Worst experience with online stores ever. Waiting for refund since a month already. If you smart enough to check these feedbacks before ordering, stay away from activesyle online shop.
Watch out! Read the reviews before ordering anything from this company. If your delivery get stuck or lost by any reason you wont get NO help from this company. After a couple of days they stop answering the phone and after a few days more they stop answer emails. Refunds seems out of question. Ive given 1 star only because 0 is not an option. Update: On the 29 of oct I managed to get contact with the company and got promised that money will be returned within 14 days. It has now past a month and the money is still not returned.
Bought a Chariot trailer. Had a few questions speedily answered via email before purchase. Item was exactly as described, shipped swiftly, packed well. So far excellent service. Haven't had need for any after sales as yet.
