I ordered a pair of derailleur hangers from Pilo. They shipped quickly, but the shipping label formatted my street address incorrectly so the package got stuck at the post office and they refused to deliver it. One quick email to Pilo and another set was on the way with the address corrected. Great customer service, and a great product.

Great hangers, better than stock. Easy to order, ridiculous that bicycle manufacturers can't be so organised. Saved my bacon more than once. One of the first things I buy every time I get a new bike. Don't wait til you need it, carry it with you and keep on riding if disaster strikes!
