Everyone at Mike Carpino Ford went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable with my remote purchase of a used vehicle. Emailed on a used Saturn Vue after seeing a very hyped up add expounding on all it's wonderful aspects. When I replied I had owed a Saturn Vue up till a month ago because of an accident and that all things stated were were standard options, I received an email back stating the vehicle was rough and they didn't know if they were going to market said vehicle. Something not adding up, I will leave you with this...great on response...less than honest with facts....
