Although we have moved and agencies have made changes, we felt satisfied enough to stay with State Farm and local agents. Through those years, we've experienced varying levels of satisfaction. Policies and prices were what we needed and competitive, but the intangibles ...that connection, mutual understanding, trust and personal attention ...are the things making the difference in customer service and satisfaction. Our local agency sold a few years ago and we have been more than pleased to have Mike and his wonderful staff provide for our insurance and investment needs. I have been with State Farm for a very long time and they are the best. They really do have 24/7 access. It's easy to pay your bill and they are so extremely professional. They have competitive rates for home and car insurance. Even when I had several accidents the rates remained reasonable. I love receiving my Holiday and Birthday cards every year. I think this year I actually got a call. Thank you all for everything you do!
