Excellent customer service. The employees know exactly where everything is at in the store and they're very knowledgeable about vehicle maintenance. Give NAPA of Milaca a visit first!

There's only one staff person there any really wasn't willing to help which is really sad but that's what you get when you're a woman. I would never stop there again, and I would warn women not to go there unless you're going to get oil or windshield washer fluid or you know exactly what you're going to get. It's pretty sad

Absolutely horrible service. Not helpful at all to assist with my auto part needs. Like playing 20 questions and showed them photos of my actual needs as well as offered to actually visually show them the connection on my actual vehicle but they didn't want to go look under the bumper. After my purchase arrived, prior to leaving the store, I discovered the part was still not correct. Suddenly it was all my fault that he had ordered the wrong part. He was only angry because I was smart enough not to leave the store with a un-returnable electrical part. An 86 part that was still not the right one. Clerk became very rude and reluctantly made the return all the while blaming me for the error. I am not the parts expert and did all that I could to help. I will shop at one of the other local parts places from now on. I WILL NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN
