I've ALWAYS felt that IF I am to trust a FINANCIAL institution, they should TRUST ME, BUT, this one REALLY DOES NOT, ALSO, they DON'T replace your debit CARD as needed, so YOU CAN'T BANK WITH THEM UNTIL IT'S UPDATED, BUT IT'S YOUR RESPONSIBILITY, NOT THEIRS, BUT THEY HA E COMPUTERS, I DON'T!!! The best banking experiences I have ever experienced anywhere. Small town kindness with nationwide options for those that travel. I wish I found this a long time ago as the mega bank I was a customer at for years treated me like a number. Three cheers to every staff member at Spire from the tellers to the Management!!

I’ve had an account with Spire for years! Every encounter I’ve had has been so pleasant compared to other banks. Today I went in and I had a BUNCH of stuff that needed to be taken care of, and I knew I was going to be a hassle. A woman named Karen in the Milaca Branch helped me with everything with a SMILE! Someone give this lady a raise! Thank you for your patience Karen!
