I needed service, on a Sunday... obviously its not going to be free. Called left a message. When call was returned I was informed they only took cash. Odd, but no biggy. I would not have called and requested service if I had no means to pay for the service. But discussing the amount I have in cash when he hasnt even looked at my unit was unprofessional. Furthermore, the insinuation that I would not be able to pay for my service was uncalled for and unprofessional.
