Not very pleasant service, I ordered via ph a window was quoted for awning 475 and sliding 372, I opted for sliding but upon picking it up the lady informed me it was 510 I asked why it was so high and I was quoted 372 she was quick to respond with a nasty tone that’s what the price was, and that’s what I quoted you... I questioned it again and told her I was quoted xx she was very rude about it and called a gentleman in to resolve problem he was very nice and rang Viridian because they don’t make it themselves to check price to see if their may have been an error. And yep sure enough their was so he correct my bill to 380 and I happily paid it. The lady was very rude and uncooperative and after all she did not apologise for her error and I left feeling like it was my fault! Very very rude on her behalf so just check your prices and be weary of her trying to ripe you off! She showed me paperwork with a quote I said to her I didn’t get a physical quote and it was over the ph she reply that that’s was she quoted and pointed to a date and telephone convo we had written down! Just glad I held my ground or I would have been out of pocket another 130 and the fact she didn’t apologise regardless of fault for her rude attitude I was disgusted!
