I am a little behind on getting to this review, but it is well deserved. As a first time mom and working mom, trying to find the right childcare for our son was difficult. It's really scary giving up your 3 month old to strangers, but Milestone Lane really put my mind at ease. My son was there for about a year, and they did an amazing job with him. The teachers are great and show your children so much love and attention. The little crafts and activities they do are so cute and thoughtful. They are also so professional and great at communicating when they noticed an issue with my son (sick, rashes, etc.). There was never a time where i felt concerned. My son also thoroughly enjoyed being there. He made a few little friends and was also so happy to see his teachers at drop offs. They also have great pricing for the care they provide, you seriously can't beat it. The only reason we left is changes in our schedules and we no longer needed the childcare. Thank you MileStone Lane for all you did for Eli! He definitely misses you all.

LOVE THEM! My son has been going there about 8 months and we all love it. Under the new ownership Jenna and the teachers are always so helpful. The time they spend following protocol is great and communication is #1 with them. I'm very happy with who my son is with!

This is a phenomenal facility. The care and attentiveness by the staff are top notch. You can definitely tell how much the owner cares about the families and children that attend, and that is something that cannot be taught. The approach here really fosters a child's wellbeing, be it emotional, social or educational. The staff are professional, caring, and genuine.

My children have been going to MileStone Lane in Westerville since they were born. We love the small feel of the daycare, and the personal attention our children get really shows because of this. The staff are all so amazing at what they do, they love each and every child like their own, and are so so good at communicating what the children are doing day in and out. The owner is very involved as well and knows every family like they are a part of hers, it is wonderful. I am always amazed at the activities they do with the kids because they are things I am often not brave enough to try at home, and I love that they are getting these experiences I wouldn't otherwise provide. It really helps them explore and grow!

My family has been a patron of Milestone Lane since the days of Paige's Playhouse. I have seen my fair share of ups and downs and have seen some people come and go, both employees and patrons. The previous owners lacked passion and barely were involved with day to day care, if at all weekly care. Ever since Brad and Jenna have owned Milestone Lane, I could not be more pleased with our daughter's care. Jenna is so enthusiastic about her business and genuinely cares about each and every child. She communicates regularly with parents whether it's a reminder to bring more diapers or pictures of the kids doing fun activities. (They even go to the splash pad!!) I've had kids from infant to pre-k with the new ownership and I couldn't be more pleased with our services. I love all of the teachers and I can really see how much they love my girls too (I know because they tell me and I can see it at drop off). From outdoor time to art projects, to themed days and potty training, Milestone Lane is where it's at. This is definitely some quality childcare at an affordable cost. I could not recommend them more!
