Haven't had any major problems here, my main issue is that the office hours are incredibly inconvenient. Tuesday is the only day that I can usually make work, but if I can't for whatever reason that week, then the other days are hard to fit into my schedule. Especially because I now live 35-40 minutes away, it's not like I can just easily pop in. Also, went there this past Tuesday, not even a full week after my last visit, and there was a sign on the door saying it was closed that day and a few other days over the next few weeks. If you're going to close the office n random days, perhaps post a sign more than a week in advance? Since most people only need to be there once a week or not even. Or at least send an email or something about it? To drive all the way there to find out they decided to close the office was pretty frustrating and messed up my day. Otherwise, I haven't had any issues with the staff and haven't had to wait long to get my shots, so it's mostly fine

One of the worst allergy offices that I’ve been to. The nurses and office staff were rude and didn’t know what they were doing. They seemed like robots. The wait time was ridiculous as I waited for an hour and then once I was in a room I had to wait another hour for the doctor to come in. There is absolutely no reason why I would have an appointment for 3:15 and not get seen until 5. She barely talked to me. Just wrote me off and told me to get allergy shots. There needs to be more office staff or the doctor needs to be on time
Dr kohli is phenomenal and caring, she takes her time with each patient. Those that want a fast food drive thru experience would do best to find a lesser doctor because Dr. Kohli is amazing and thorough with everyone.
Worst office ever! Do NOT GO HERE! they kept me and my ONE YEAR OLD BABY waiting for an hour!!! When I requested to be seen, they brushed me off, suggesting I reschedule. I waited 2 months for this appointment!!! The staff did not care at all. HORRIBLE OFFICE
It's hard to get an appointment and then they kept us waiting for more than an hour for the doctor. Even after correcting important details in the medical history, they continued to get it wrong. Overall a terrible experience.
Not satisfied. Waited for over an hour to see dr. Nurse kept getting my information wrong. Needed a refill and she sent in the wrong oneSwitching doctors and not coming back
The office is a mess. The nurse sent my little ones medications prescription to the pharmacy of her choice, which is 45 miles away from my home! Then I had to call and chase the office and the nurse Christi for three days to send the prescription to the pharmacy that I indicated in my chart. They are rude and think they are giving you a favor by doing their jobs properly. My little one was miserable due to not taking the medicine on time. I would not recommend this office!
