I thought I would write a review to say how helpful Ceri Pyart and her team at John Francis, Milford Haven have been. We chose John Francis because we liked the team and we also felt that they were honest about the value of our property, some estate agents seem to undervalue a property in order to obtain a quick sale but they did not, they were fair. We made the right choice and from beginning to end [and beyond] they have been professional, very reliable and always courteous. I definitely will use John Francis should I decide to move in the future, we made the right choice!

Having switched from another agent my property was sold in a reasonable time. Communications were excellent in terms of regularity and truthfulness. That's really all a client wants.
Always very helpful and polite. Any queries were answered and dealt with quickly. All staff are friendly and make you feel at ease.
