We're very happy with Warren Heating and Cooling. We got 4 estimates for the repair on our HVAC system. The estimates were all within 1000 of each other. The estimate provided by Melinda was very detailed and she took her time to ensure the estimate was accurate. The Carrier system she recommended fit our needs perfectly. The work was performed in October of 2020 and the system is working flawlessly. The installation was not easy, it seems the old system was put in place and the new addition to the house was built around it. On the day of the install Melinda and the owner of Warren H&C were at our home to assist the installers figuring out the best solution for our needs. The Warren team worked together to plan the most effective approach to removing the 30 year on system and slip the new and smaller unit into our bedroom closet. The installers did a fantastic job with a neat installation. The electrical work they did exceeded the building inspectors’ requirements and I was impressed with how they cleaned up the wiring from the old system. Highly recommend Warren Heating and Cooling. Called for Fall Maintenance on 4 heat pumps. We paid them 240. for the service. Technician stated he didn't have time to clean the unit with the problems and left. We called 3 times to fix the one pump; they said they were too busy, but promised to return. That was over 3 months ago and still no contact or repair.
We had a new heating and AC system installed at our house. The entire process from sales quote, follow-up, and installation was done in a very professional manner. Tom from sales was easy to work with and fair. Crystal always got back to me with any questions or concerns that I had. The installers came on time, were neat, friendly, and accommodated any install requests we had. The area they were working in was very tight, but no complaints by the installers. Overall, this was a positive experience.
Amazing experience! We had at least 5 other companies come in to give us estimates and consults regarding the current ductwork in our house with forced hot air heat. We decided to go with the ductless unit, giving us essentially 6 zones between the 2 main units. It also give us an opportunity to supplement heat in some of our chilly spots. Warren and Heating was by the far the most knowledgeable, they presented us with rebate offers that brought the cost even lower and well with in the budget we were hoping for. The crew that did the install were fantastic, personable and safe (especially in these COVID times). they were a pleasure to have here for 3 days!
The Warren Heating team did our gas boiler conversion - a big job, and a long day, but the crew was very professional, left everything super clean, and the new system is beautiful. Thanks to Crystal for support and scheduling. Definitely recommend.
