Wheelchair-accessible entrance
The female parking attendant at Muir Woods was extremely rude and would not even entertain our request to drop my elderly mother, a national park member, off at the entrance. My mother had to walk from the lowest parking lot and when she got to the trees, her legs were so tired she couldn't walk the trail. This woman employed by Ace should not be the first person you meet when approaching our national park.
