Best place to chill without the crowds. Battery Rathbone was built to defend America, now it’s a nice place to go to see the history and soak in the beautiful scenery. Please urinate before you get here, there are no bathrooms here, but there is a parking lot with a bathroom on your left, just before you reach Battery Rathbone.

Nice, historic place to walk around and get incredible views of the Golden Gate Bridge, Oakland, and San Francisco.
Great view! Nice place to sit out and watch ships come in, sea birds, and sunsets.
First time on the West side of the Golden Gate Bridge. It was remarkable. The clearest crisp weather, beautiful views in all directions. The History behind the Battery Rathbone McIndoe is history I didnt know about. I love all historical spots for the history if the people who stood guard to defend our beautiful bay!
Don't go here. I've been eating lunch here for 35 years in solitude, and I want you to do your part to keep it clean and quiet.
