They answered the phone within two rings and answered all of my questions/concerns with my vehicle. I did not have an appointment but was able to pull right up and be helped right away. I don't remember the names of the two workers who helped me, but everyone was friendly and worked fast! Thanks again Jiffy Lube Mill Valley, I will definitely be a return customer if I ever need anything!

Oh my god they take forever! I’m not expecting them to be in and out !!! but an hour & a half \u200d️just to get an oil change and get brakes flush come on . 7 man on site one car!!!! Learn my lesson I’m scratching out this company out of my one stop next time. EVERY ONE RETRAINED needs to be bring up to standers

I went for an oil change. It was fast and people were very friendly. They checked everything in my car and let me know things that I should fix. I didn’t have an appointment but that wasn’t a problem at all!
