If the rest of the world ran the way Masters European does, it would be a fabulous thing. The most important consideration in fine-auto repair is trust, and I have trusted Masters European for years with multiple cars. Management is genuinely service-oriented, deeply knowledgeable, detailed in explaining problems and options for solution, great at communicating, and dedicated to complete customer satisfaction. The repair work is superb, and always done on time. This review may read like I'm a relative or paid booster, but I'm just a very satisfied customer who knows that when a car needs work, Masters can be counted on to do the right thing, by the car and by me.

Keith and the Masters staff have done all servicing and repair of my Porsche 997 since I've owned the car. Recently they completed a complete engine removal and replacement. They also spent over a year of haggling with my warranty company which had a happy ending. In all honesty, I don't know of any other car service shop that would have taken on this project. Masters the rare business that understands that customer service and satisfaction which results in positive reviews and a loyal following. I cannot thank them enough for their service. The repaired car is fantastic and I will be a lifelong customer.

My old car was dying and needed work. The gentlemen at this shop was communicative, honest, empathic and ultimately advised I get rid of the car when he could have convinced me to do a lot of work for a lot of money. He was honest in telling me how long my car would have left if I did the work, and that he couldn’t guarantee it’s livelihood. I was very impressed with the level of professionalism and would come back in a heart beat.

Saved me 6,000! Keith and team are amazing! I’ve been taking my vehicles here for several years. The quality and level of attention to customers is top notch. Recently my car was in due to what we thought was the fuel pump. They diagnosed it, suggested that I take it to the dealership because it was still in warranty for a couple of months, and charged me nothing for the diagnosis. I got a rebuilt engine from the dealership under warranty which would have been 6k had it not been for the redirect to the dealership. I’ve had many good experiences with them, this is just one. These folks are on top of it and really care.
