I visited Mike's camera today to figure out some power solutions for my BMPCC 6k as well as some hardware for a monopod and was lucky to be helped out Mary Beth! Today I had a camera software /setting session with Mary Beth at Mike's Camera in Strawberry, Mill Valley. I use to work as a photographer for magazine and book publishing during the film era. Fast forward to my Sony RX 10. I needed some urgent help to short cut the thick manual. In less than 15 min. Mary Beth took me trough some of the settings I didn't know and without her help it would have taken years for me to figure it out. Love this store! Great customer service by people who love photography. They are very knowledgeable when it comes to the products that are in the store. The employees make you feel like family! Mary Beth and Andrew (Store Manager) are always willing to help you find the best deal on products. I will always recommend this store to anyone who is in need of a camera store for anything. I have rented equipment from them the past 3 years and I have never been happier. Renting equipment from this store helps me decided on if I want to purchase the item or not. And because of this I have bought several items from them that I had rented.

Hi! I just bought another camera in Mike's Camera store, in Mill Valley, thanks to Mary Beth. Mary Beth Richardson is doing there an excellent job! She was spending with me more than 1 hr, with big passion for her work, very knowledgeable about all the stuff there, very respectfully with her costumers and always trying to help. She gave me the best advice regarding my camera and she answered very polite to all my questions, never tired of me. I liked that she wasn't pushing me for something I didn't need, only to sell on big price. I'm very satisfied with my new camera!
