It was such a great experience to enjoy this National Park with my brothers and it was a much needed recharge for myself. The sheer scale of these magnificent trees just made the trip more memorable and I just pray that many generations can enjoy this place for years to come. Great service at the gift shop.

Extremely serene! A very well worth visit. The trip to arriving is beautiful and once fully immersed within the woods, its quite breathtaking!

It had amazing views of the countryside, forest, and ocean. Would recommend to people that can handle uphill at times. Amazing trail, made for a great day! Would go back definitely.

Beautiful and peaceful place to visit. We always love visiting with the kids! Our 7yo and 1yo love it. We typically spend about two hours walking around. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the gift shop closed before 4pm (which is when it actually says it closes).

So you say you don't believe in magic huh? Well some people haven't been to the Muir Woods and it shows. This is place is everything magical minus the unicorns. It is a popular and heavily visited park and I know why. To walk among giants in a temperate rainforest on well maintained trails among some of the most beautiful trees is magical. Family friendly and easy to navigate. We felt both safe and at home surrounded by the massive redwoods. At some points the silence was deafening. The flora seemed to give off a sound vibration that words cannot describe... could it be the magic mushrooms we took? Maybe.
