Kind of a mixed bag here. The hotel thinks it's a high end establishment, but in reality it's about as nice as a Comfort Inn. The rooms are, well, weird. The light in the water closet and shower is so dark that it makes it difficult to take a nice shower. The finish of the hotel, especially the rooms, is worn or just unfinished in general. The grab and go market is, of course, overpriced. The lobby area is the nicest part of the hotel, but you don't spend much time there. The real rub about this hotel is the 30 dollars a night parking charge. What irks me is when I booked on my Marriott account, it gave me a price that was supposed to include all taxes and fees. It didn't include that whopper of a charge just to park a vehicle. There are better options out there than this hotel and I'll be choosong one of those on my next trip.
Comfortable hotel for a business trip. The splash pool is great to relax before or after a flight. Airport noise didn’t bother me.
DO NOT COME TO THIS HOTEL!!! It’s expensive there’s not hot breakfast and plus you have to pay an extra 30 dollars parking lot ridiculous! Don’t waste your money here, there’s a lot good hotels near.
Stayed here for one night. The staff are very friendly and eager to help. The room was comfortable and clean but, with thin walls, you could hear what happens in the adjacent rooms. The hotel is very close to San Francisco airport. And the shuttle takes about 15mn to get there.
Nice location and a great spot to stay by the air port. Super friendly check in process even in the tough COVID times. Good pointers on where to grab a bite to eat.
I really loved the aesthetics in this hotel. Checking in and out was very fast. There were lots of food and drinks that you can choose from and purchase whenever you feel like eating or drinking. There was even a vendo machine for ramen! They were following necessary protocols as well. The room was great, I loved how it was made for convenience of the guests.
Do not count on this hotel. They left people who had parking reservations high and dry and did not even bother to call. I feel this is completely irresponsible. As a now former patron of their hotel stays too I would recommend you look elsewhere.
