I’ve stayed at a fair number of Westins including 2 others within 20 miles of this one and on a ranking scale of Westins 1-5, this one is about a 2 as I’m not sure it’s possible to have a 1 star Westin. For reference The Westin St Francis in San Francisco is a 5 star Westin, and the Park Central is a 3.5-4 star Westin. One would think during a pandemic they’d be on at least their B game but fellow loyalty members don’t expect much here. Don’t expect them to value that you have 100s of nights in their properties. Don’t expect the halls to smell like anything except weed, even after you complain about it, don’t expect parking to be a reasonable price despite the lot being empty (pro tip there is street parking for free near by), don’t expect clean grout in the shower, and finally don’t expect a plush bed as saggy and well used will have to do. To sum it up, stay at the Aloft next door. It’s nicer and cheaper.

We stayed here for a couple of nights. Overall the hotel is nice, the staff are very friendly and helpful. Being so close to the airport you would expect a lot of noise, but we didn't really get much aircraft noise at all! However, the rooms are a little on the small side and do need updating. The bed and pillows are not so comfortable either.
Old and smelly! Definitely not worthy of being a category 6 hotel! Very disappointing!
For an airport-adjacent hotel it's pretty good. Make sure to get the link for the shuttle tracking website before you head over-- it wasn't very accurate but still good to have. Hotel itself is clearly older and renovated a while ago; it's recent-enough to have nice brand-new 55" LCD TVs in the rooms and ample power outlets, but you can also tell the bones are old but well taken care of. Airplane geeks should request a room with an airport view. It's a tad far compared to an actual on-prem airport location, but still pretty good!
Our room obviously wasn't cleaned well since there was other people's trash left in the fridge. The front desk worker was snippy. Definitely expected way better coming from the Westin of all places... Honestly wish we could change our plans and get a room anywhere else without losing out in 200. Save your money, go elsewhere...
Always friendly and customer oriented. Heavenly beds. What more do you need?
I find it frustrating that you can’t trust a brand. One Westin is beautiful the next is absolutely gross. This one was the latter. I checked in to my room, which I had booked a Bayside view and it was an airport view. When I went to check the security of the adjoining door it opened freely into the neighboring room which was occupied. Freaked me out so I went down and changed rooms. The very very busy desk clerk had a long line could do nothing more but hand me a new key to a non-joining room which I insisted. I spent literally over half of my life in hotels and 99% of the time they are Marriott. With my status I would think that I would get some thing of an apology but she was doing the best she could. The walls are thin. I can hear the entire conversation and every buzzing of the phone texts from the guest next-door.. Both the refrigerator in my first room and this room need defrosted, they’re full of ice and are not cold. I find most frustrating is I could’ve stayed at the Marriott full-service I could’ve stayed the Aloft next door. Normally a Weston is better than a loft. The inconsistency is very hard to navigate and know what you’re getting. I’m going to have to write this one down somewhere to remind myself never to stay here again.
Stay was ok. Was looking forward to staying at the Westin but was surprised that parking was not included and would be 30 and then internet was not included and was an extra 17. These two things are pretty basic especially for a good hotel
