Today I went to claire's to get a mini backpack. We had to wait outside for 30 minutes due to the compacity limit. There was only 3 of us so it wasn't like it was much trouble to let us in. There was 4 people inside just standing there on their phones. It wouldn't put them through much trouble to maybe leave and let us in. Not to mention it was on 25 degrees outside. The managers inside didn't have any intention of telling those girls on their phones to get a move on. I was so cold that I had to leave

I got my cartiledge pierced here a few days ago. I bought the “14k gold” earrings to be pierced with, the best quality they had. Within a few days my ears got soooo red, swollen and itchy. I don’t believe FOR A SECOND that the earrings they pierced me with were “14k gold”. They must be a cheap metal to be hurting my ears so bad!!! I feel like I was scammed and I should have just gone to an actual legit piercing studio from the start!

Horrible service. They had one person working today and she was backed up doing ear piercings. Me and another woman waited for 10 minutes at the register to check out. We both ended up leaving with out making a purchase. What was worse than waiting was that the one person working never looked over to see if there was anyone ready to check out after seeing us enter the store nor did she acknowledge that us to say she would be there in a minute.
