We were referred by a friend after visiting many local businesses and just not finding the right match. Working with Discover Stone was the best decision we made for our bath remodel! Ben worked with us to find just the right piece to compliment my vanity! Everyone I came in contact with including the gentleman who did the template, to the two guys that installed the countertop were careful, clean, and respectful of our home! From start to finish it was a dream to work with them! The showroom is beautiful and easy to view each stone! My parent's had the same experience with their new kitchen countertops!
This is my first time going to Discover and I have to say 10/10 experience. My kitchen turned out beautiful. The kitchen wasn’t the only spot on part about the experience but the service was phenomenal. Ben, who is super charming, knows just exactly what a customer needs! Discover Surfaces is a family run business that has a brand new showroom that is clean, spacious, and has a great selection of natural stone slabs. Their team is top notch. From the moment we walked in, we were welcomed with a smile and made to feel at home. We were fortunate to work with Nicole Bennett. She along with the warehouse person helped show us different slabs to help with our design. Both were focused on customer service and were a pleasure to work with. Nice job!
I am a kitchen designer and I've worked with Discover (on and off due to employment changes) for 10 years now. They are wonderful to work with! They always deliver a quality fabrication and install, and in the rare case that they don't, they are responsive and fix the problem in a quick and professional manner. Ben is my point of contact there, and he's a rock star! Every customer I send his way is thrilled with their experience and have great things to say about him.
