Employees are not welcoming, no one says hello and most totally ignore you. Asked a question on a price and was answered rudely. Won't recommend or shop there.

Pros: Decent selection of shoes. Fairly easy to find things in the store. Cons: Not too many in-store deals. Also, they push the VIP rewards on you, but apparently the points expire quickly, or they're not reflected in your account. Store personnel either don't know how to get you the discounts you are entitled to, or they don't want to help and look it up. Certain shoes and/or colors are only available online.

Friendly service, great social distancing , and trying shoes station that you leave shoes not buying for disinfecting. Always happy, helpful staff.

Good social distancing and new rules when trying on shoes. They are putting them aside and disinfecting those shoes tried on but not purchased. We couldn't find in the store, steel toed sneakers.

I absolutely love this store! Not just the selection of shoes at discount prices, but love the staff! The staff is helpful but not pushy, pleasant and fun! This is the only place I buy my shoes and accessories!
