got my order quickly, but the lady working drive through clearly doesn't like her job. Wasn't busy, I was the only one there at the time and she was being bitter for no reason. Rude and unfriendly. Don't work customer service if you cant handle doing the bare minimum.

Friendly staff, great chai, very well stocked, the restrooms needed a little cleaning all and all life is good here. A man loved the Devine Mercy image on my tractor nice town folks.

Pulled up to the drive thru and the lady on the speaker had an attitude, no need to take whatever you got going on to your customers. Leave your problems at the door.

I stop here from time to time when I am on my shopping trip, usually get amazing quick service...but today (October 31, 2020) I was in line inside the store and waited all about 5 minutes. There were 2 ladies working that I could see. The register inside said "Register closed" while the other stated "Please use other register" that being said...I went over to the instore pick up area and both ladies looked at me and still never acknowledged me but kept maintaining the drive thru customers large iced latte instead. I'm sorry but this is horrible customer service and you lost my business over this.

Sandwiches are great, but the service was bad today. Kids work the weekends and the adults during the week. It took 5 minutes for someone to see me waving my arms in an attempt to get service. They didn't have any other orders, and the store was dead. Probably self explanatory.
