Love this Panera location. I come here to work from my laptop all the time and have coffee dates with my friends! They have a great and spacious seating area, offer a few vegan options on their menu, have strong coffee to get your work done, I just wish they had better tasting vegan food items. But overall, super nice staff, clean café, and a great location within a plaza with plenty of other shops and things to explore!

0 if I could give it a zero I would. Way overpriced grilled cheese sandwich cost me almost 8. They scam the customer at the drive-thru with their marketing ploy. Pick 2 and gives some selections.. what's the difference between pick 2 or pick 20 the price is Per item. Which are totally overpriced. I ordered a half sandwich that I have odered multiple times b 4. This time the bread was over-salted it tasted like I was drinking salt from a can.. Totally unediable . A 8 waste . Customer Service sucks. No integrity.

The manager, Kaitlyn (hope I spelled her name correctly), saved my purse when I accidentally left it the other day. I’m so grateful for that! The employees at this Panera are always friendly, kind, and accommodating.

Food its good. I enjoy eating at Panera. Friendly employees.... I go here a lot.. 3 times a week for the past 4 month .. but the other (on 2-9-2019) day their restroom were really smelly. I turn around and left.. very disappointing

I got a order through door dash today. Part of it was a brownie. I was shocked when I bit on sth hard and realized it was a small piece of sharp plastic. I found 3 more in the brownie. My husband called them up and they said they couldn’t do anything because it went through door dash. Well this is a safety issue and door dash didn’t make those brownies so that is so wrong on so many levels. I really hope they at least pulled the rest of the badge and don’t just sell them.

Everyone is always super nice, they just never put enough ice in the drinks. I don't know. In person maybe it's different but for online orders the customization tool is pretty useless.

Drank something pink didn’t taste very good. It was very watered down. It was made out of a flower called hibiscus. The restaurant was very clean and had nice staff!!
