Experience on the main floor (which excludes grooming, training and vet care) is excellent. Workers at this petsmart are dedicated to animals and their owners which is why they've had the same staff for many years. I get a very friendly greeting when I walk in, and the knowledgeable workers provide top notch advice on how best to take care of my pets, big and small.

Today was my first time here and I was there to get a hamster for my daughter for her birthday. The employee that helped us and the other that checked is out were very friendly and helpful! The hamster looks great and is totally chill Would definitely return.

Staff friendly and knowledgeable, especially in the fish section. Fish also appear healthy! Not too much crowding. Only thing is- the live plants. I bought an amazon sword and a Java fern, both of which were rotting at the roots and lost a lot of leaves as soon as I (carefully) took them out of the tubes. Could just be bad luck, or lack of maintenance at the store.

I used to work at the Petco in Auburn and I can confidently say this Petsmart has better selection and pricing. This location is particularly good in the fish department. I believe they match their online prices in-store, so check that out to save some money on your next trip. In terms of animal caretaking, I have seen first hand how they care for their animals. I had to surrender my guinea pigs to them and they took them in willingly. They let me visit them and check on them a few days later. They eventually found wonderful owners for them and I felt relieved knowing they were taken care of here.

I waited 20 minutes for someone to come and help me with fish. No one came it was not busy at all so I left

We take our King Charles Cavalier Spaniel, Benni here to be groomed with Leslie. She's always calm and reassuring with our little one year old. Can't say enough good things about Leslie and the rest of the staff.
